In 1926, the Veterans’ Bureau for Occupational Therapy was awarded a gold medal.
In 1926, the United States celebrated its Sesqui-Centennial
with an International Exposition in Philadelphia. During the exposition, a jury
awarded a gold medal to the Veterans’ Bureau for Occupational Therapy for “demonstration
of the health value of occupation.”
